Dureach API access limits apply per team, per endpoint, and across minute, hour, and day windows. The table shows the request limits for each plan.
What are the request limits?
| Area | Starter | Grow | Scale | Organization |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Data endpoints | 50/min, 200/hour, 600/day | 200/min, 6,000/hour, 50,000/day | 200/min, 6,000/hour, 50,000/day | 200/min, 6,000/hour, 50,000/day |
How are limits counted?
Limits are counted per team, not per user or OAuth service account. Each endpoint has its own limit, and requests are checked against the minute, hour, and day windows. Requests to different endpoints are counted separately.
What happens when a limit is exceeded?
The API returns 429 Too Many Requests. Honor that header before retrying. Avoid immediate or unbounded retries so the request does not continue to exceed the limit.
