Use Copilot for research and writing. Check the result before you use it, and keep important company, contact, and CRM records under human control.
Use AI safely
Give Copilot a specific task and tell it which record or information it may use. Check the sources and fields before copying anything into a message or CRM. Suggestions do not automatically become company, contact, or opportunity records.
Practical workflows
- Use Copilot and Deep Research and start with a company, contact, or clearly scoped question.
- Use the AI Reply Agent only after sender, labels, reply rules, and calendar settings are reviewed.
- Run contact enrichment to produce candidate fields that a user can verify.
- Review the message in CRM and Unibox before sending when the workflow requires approval.
- Follow Use Copilot and Deep Research when you need a plan, approval step, and saved research result.
- Follow Create and review an AI agent when you need a repeatable setup rather than a one-off answer.
Limits and failures
Access can depend on your plan, available models, input size, and credit balance. If an answer is incomplete, make the question narrower and add the missing context. If a run fails, save the visible error and record ID for support. Never put passwords, access tokens, or unredacted customer data in a prompt.
AI review rules
Treat generated research, contact fields, and messages as drafts until a person checks the source record and information. Do not use an AI result to change a CRM stage or send a message without reviewing the proposed action.
