Campaign Analytics can show delivery activity for the selected date range and, where available, can be segmented by sender or status. These metrics describe recorded campaign activity; they are not a cross-workspace reputation score and do not establish why a result changed.
Compare senders carefully
- Open Analytics or the campaign’s Analytics view.
- Choose a date range that includes the sends you want to review.
- Compare the available sent, delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, and replied metrics.
- Segment by sender or status if the view offers those controls.
- Open related leads or Unibox threads before treating a change as actionable.
Use the same date range and comparable campaigns when reviewing senders. Check the eligible audience and actual send counts; zero values can mean that no eligible activity occurred in the selected period.
Investigate before changing volume
Review the sender’s connection, account limit, provider warnings, campaign schedule, audience, and message. If a delivery test is relevant, run it for the selected sender and review the result. Pause future sends when the sender, audience, or message needs investigation. A dashboard metric or test result cannot guarantee future inbox placement or explain every provider decision.
