Dedicated IP Email Sending: Confirm Availability and Setup

Check what sending-account and routing controls your workspace provides before planning a dedicated-IP setup, and confirm provider responsibilities before launch.

If you are considering a dedicated IP for email, first confirm that the option is available for your workspace and sending provider. The current Dureach setup guides document connecting sending accounts, reviewing account settings, and selecting senders in campaign Options; they do not describe a dedicated-IP management workflow.

Confirm the setup before planning

Review the providers and account controls shown in your workspace. Ask the mailbox or infrastructure provider who owns the IP, DNS changes, authentication, and ongoing support. Confirm any sending limits or eligibility requirements directly with the provider and your Dureach account team before building a campaign around this setup.

Do not assume that connecting a mailbox provisions a dedicated IP, warms an IP automatically, isolates reputation, or changes campaign routing. The account settings and campaign controls available to you may vary by workspace.

Check the documented sender workflow

Connect the account through the provider flow available in Email Accounts or Settings → Integrations. Confirm that it shows as connected or ready, review the sender settings and warnings, and select the authorized account in the campaign’s Options. Check its account limit, the campaign ceiling, audience, and schedule before launch.

For current setup steps, see how to connect email and review sending settings and how to create and operate a campaign. If you need to confirm whether dedicated-IP service is available for your workspace, contact Dureach with your provider and use case.
