Email delivery depends on the sending account, provider, audience, message, and campaign settings. Review those items before launch; no single setting guarantees inbox placement.
Check the sending account
Confirm the mailbox is connected and shows a ready state. Check the sender identity, domain authentication, provider warnings, and account limit shown for your workspace. If the account needs authorization or has a warning, resolve it before choosing it for a campaign.
Review warmup and volume
Warmup may be available depending on the provider, account, and plan. Follow the controls and guidance shown in the workspace, and keep account and campaign limits aligned. Avoid a sudden increase in total sends. A warmup status or a fixed number of days does not guarantee that a mailbox is ready or that messages will reach the inbox.
See Account warmup and campaign readiness for the current checks.
Check the campaign before launch
Review the audience for invalid, blocked, duplicate, or previously contacted records. Preview the first message and variables, send an internal test, and check the schedule, timezone, daily limit, tracking, and unsubscribe settings available to your workspace. Launch only after the required controls and validation messages are clear.
After launch, review the campaign metrics and sender warnings shown in Analytics. Pause future sends if the account, audience, or delivery pattern needs investigation. See Connect email and review sending settings and Create and operate a campaign for step-by-step guidance.
