Before launch, review the limits shown for each connected mailbox and the campaign. Dureach can delay eligible sends when a limit, schedule, or other campaign condition applies. The values and controls available depend on the workspace and plan.
Check mailbox and campaign limits
In the campaign Options, select only the sending accounts intended for this audience. Review the daily limit, maximum new leads, company send limit, and any workspace-level settings shown. Set values that fit your account capacity and organization policy; there is no single limit that applies to every mailbox.
Review the schedule and account state
Check the campaign start date, sending days, time window, and timezone. Confirm that each sender is connected and ready, and account for warm-up or slow-ramp settings where applicable. A campaign can be active without sending when its schedule or limits make no leads eligible.
Monitor after launch
Review the available send, bounce, reply, and opt-out activity in Analytics. If the audience, sender, or message needs attention, pause future sends and investigate before resuming. Limits do not establish that a contact may be reached; check applicable contact rules and suppression separately.
