Plan an operator-reviewed outbound workflow

Coordinate account research, campaign preparation, reply review, and CRM follow-up with clear human review points.

An outbound workflow can span several jobs: research a company, prepare a campaign, review replies, and record the next action. Keep each step scoped and reviewable so a person can check the source, message, and handoff before work moves forward.

Define the job and expected output

Start with a clear brief: which accounts or contacts to review, what sources and tools are allowed, what the specialist should deliver, and when it must stop for approval. Review the agent instructions and permissions before enabling a run. AI-generated research is candidate information; check company matches and source context before using it.

Prepare outreach as a separate step

Use a reviewed audience and create a campaign draft. Check the sending accounts, message sequence, limits, schedule, suppression, and contact rules before launch. Creating a draft does not start sending. Keep approval over claims and recipient eligibility with the operator.

Review replies and record the handoff

Read the full conversation in Unibox. Set a reply status only after reviewing the thread, then assign an owner, note, or task in CRM when follow-up is warranted. Add the campaign or source to the note so the next person can understand the context.

Available tools, fields, and actions depend on workspace access and plan. Do not assume that research, campaign activity, and CRM records synchronize automatically. See AI agent setup and review, campaign setup, and CRM and Unibox follow-up.
