Connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox from Dureach before selecting it for a campaign. The connection dialog determines which authorization steps and settings are required; the available options can vary by workspace and mailbox administrator.
Before you begin
Check whether Microsoft or GoDaddy manages the Microsoft 365 subscription. You may need the mailbox address and access to the provider sign-in. If an administrator manages the mailbox, ask them to make any required changes under your organization’s policy.
Connect the mailbox in Dureach
- Open Email or Settings → Integrations, depending on the workspace.
- Select Add New and choose the Microsoft option shown in the dialog.
- Complete the provider authorization using the intended Microsoft account.
- Return to Dureach and confirm that the same mailbox appears as connected or ready.
For the general account steps, see Connect email and review sending settings.
If the connection wizard asks for SMTP or IMAP
Some Microsoft connections require Authenticated SMTP and IMAP to be enabled for the mailbox. Make a change only when the Dureach wizard requests it and your organization allows it. Follow the instructions for Microsoft-managed and GoDaddy-managed mailboxes. If a setting is missing or disabled, ask the mailbox administrator to check the applicable policy; do not weaken a security control just to complete setup.
If authorization still fails
Check that you changed the mailbox selected in Dureach, saved the change, and used the intended Microsoft account in the sign-in window. If the issue continues, send support the provider, mailbox address, time of the attempt, and a redacted error message. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or tokens.
