Agency campaign reporting across client workspaces

Use a consistent date range and the metrics available in each client workspace to prepare comparable campaign reports.

Prepare a report for each client

Open Analytics in the client workspace you are reviewing, or open a campaign and select its Analytics view. Choose a date range and timezone, then note the campaign and sender being reported. Repeat the same steps for each client workspace you are authorized to access.

Record the metrics shown for each campaign, such as sent, delivered, bounced, replied, positive, or opportunity counts. Segment by campaign, sender, or status where available. Do not assume the same fields or activity exist in every workspace.

Compare like with like

Use matching date ranges and comparable campaign definitions. A reply count, open rate, or opportunity total can be affected by campaign setup, tracking, audience, and status rules. A campaign metric does not by itself explain why performance changed or establish that a client is ready to increase volume.

Add a short note with the reporting period, source view, notable changes, and next review step. Check related replies or delivery-test results before recommending an operational change.
