Campaign analytics and inbox-placement testing

Review campaign metrics by date range and use a separate delivery test to investigate sender or placement issues.

Use campaign Analytics to review delivery

Open Analytics or select a campaign and open its Analytics view. Set a date range that includes the sends you want to review. Compare the available sent, delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, replied, positive, and opportunity metrics. Segment by campaign, sender, or status when the view allows it.

These metrics describe recorded campaign activity. They do not show domain reputation or guarantee inbox placement. Open related leads or Unibox threads before treating a change as actionable.

Investigate a delivery concern

If the metrics raise a question, open Inbox Placement or the delivery-test area and run a test for the sender and configuration shown. Check the test addresses, sender, status, provider responses, and visible failure details. Review authentication, audience, schedule, and message separately before changing campaign volume.

A test describes the selected sender and test conditions; it cannot guarantee future placement. An empty report or test list is not proof of good delivery. Check the date range, campaign activity, and test status first.
