Mailbox warmup gradually introduces sending activity, but it does not guarantee inbox placement or establish that an audience is appropriate to contact. Review warmup, account limits, campaign limits, and provider warnings together.
Review mailbox warmup
Open Email Accounts, select the mailbox, and review its connection, warmup status, and available controls. If warmup is available for the account and plan, choose a conservative volume. Check for connection failures, bounces, provider warnings, or changes in replies and delivery before increasing activity.
Align account and campaign limits
Before launch, confirm that the planned daily volume fits the mailbox limit and recent activity. In the campaign’s Options, review the selected sending accounts and set a campaign-level limit that fits those accounts and workspace policy. Check the schedule and timezone as well. The controls shown can vary by workspace; use the values visible in the app rather than assuming a universal Gmail limit or fixed warmup curve.
If a warning appears, investigate it before increasing volume. Warmup does not automatically rotate mailboxes, manage Promotions placement, or resolve provider restrictions. Review the audience, contact rules, opt-outs, and suppression before sending.
