Review Contact Rules Before Outreach

Check the lawful basis, sender identity, opt-outs, suppression, and rules that apply to a campaign. Dureach does not replace your review of contact requirements.

Before outreach, identify the rules that apply to the recipients, message, channel, and jurisdiction. The Dureach Acceptable Use Policy makes the user responsible for having a lawful basis, using an accurate sender identity, honoring opt-outs and suppression, and following applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, electronic communications, consent, and privacy laws.

Review the audience and contact basis

Before adding leads to a campaign, check the source and intended use of the records. Confirm that you have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient and that the sender identity and message are accurate. Apply unsubscribe requests, opt-outs, suppression lists, and do-not-contact instructions before sending.

Check campaign controls and ownership

Review the audience, sending account, message, links, schedule, and reply handling. Assign an owner to monitor replies and stop requests during the campaign. Do not assume that Dureach automatically determines legal requirements, records consent, applies disclosures, synchronizes every suppression list, or creates a complete compliance audit trail.

Rules depend on the campaign and where recipients are located. A platform setting or contact record does not establish that outreach is lawful. Review Dureach’s Acceptable Use Policy and the campaign setup guide before sending.
