zusa is the world's first diversity directory business search. Founded in 2015, zusa is a mobile technology startup headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Set for release on Google Play November 2015 and Apple App Store early 2016, zusa is both free to download and free to use for consumers. zusa allows businesses to display their diversity demographics to be searched by consumers through the use of custom filters and mobile location technology. The app categorises businesses by a range of diversity filters, and allows users to find small and medium enterprise based on personal preferences. zusa filters businesses by language, ethnicity, race, religion, age and gender of staff or attending crowd. In addition it also allows businesses to highlight any shared alliances with specific sporting or social clubs, and whether they employ or support LGBT or disabled people. zusa is the first platform to allow SMEs to promote their diversity demographics.
