Zahintex Industries Ltd, a knit garments manufacturer and a great concern of Givensee Group of Industries Ltd, has started its journey in the mid of 2002. Since then, it has been explored the manufacturing of sweaters with acrylic, cotton, viscose, nylon etc yarn with a view to offer world class readymade garments from Bangladesh. In June, 2002, Zahintex Industries Ltd. i.e ZIL has been initiated as a Private Limited Company and has launched its commercial operation since December, 2002. However, it has been incorporated as a Public Limited Company in March, 2010. Initiated with a single unit of 300 China machines (Flying Tiger), it has now grown up to 09 units with 6000 plus machines including a fully automatic Jacquard machines unit from Germany, China and Japan. ZIL is now the flagship company of Givensee Group of Industries Ltd, which has diversified entity engaged in ready made garments, textile, food and non-food allied that brings value to human. ZIL also carries a great aspiration to grow up as a giant resource for Bangladesh and also for the rest of the world.
