In 2012, Richard Patton, Betsy Wills, Toby Cunningham, and Philip Hardin founded YouScience and established the framework for the YouScience Profile and the YouScience organization. They saw an opportunity to improve educational and employment outcomes by revolutionizing the way students make decisions about their education and career.
