YDN was established as an organization with organized and systematic governance. In addition, YDNGlobal also plays a role as an official body responsible for mobilizing cooperation and commitment with various layers of society to channel contributions towards preserving quality education. "YDNGlobal also acts as a one-stop center for any welfare program undertaken together with government agencies and bodies, private companies and individuals." Three objectives of YDN Global: 1. Focusing on generating funds for educational purposes in empowering the national education ecosystem and maintaining the foundation's sustainability. 2. Channel donations and assistance to target groups, namely students, educated citizens, schools, and educational institutions under the Ministry of Education, to improve access and quality of education. 3. Establish orderly, efficient management and coordination to ensure that the function of the foundation provides benefits to The Ministry of Education (MOE) and as a complement in educational development to produce a generation that meets the country's educational aspirations.
