Xochitl objective has always been to produce the highest quality products and flavors using authentic ancient recipes. Corn kernels were steeped in lime overnight and pounded with huge stones to generate Nixtamal dough, which the Aztecs used to make tortillas. The Totopos de Maiz (corn chips) are oven-baked and quickly fried to perfection, resulting in the incredibly thin and crispy chips you are about to taste.
