Our mission at WeSee is to enable a safer society, by looking out for the good guys and helping catch the bad. WeSee pushes AI beyond facial recognition, detecting suspicious behaviour which we believe holds the key to our safety and security, at home and at work. Pushing artificial intelligence beyond facial recognition, WeSee can analyse an individual’s emotions in real time from a variety of sources, including web and mobile cameras. It does this by using advanced deep learning artificial intelligence to monitor the various nuances of facial through eye-tracking (examining changes in pupil size, gaze direction and duration, and blink rate) combined with micro-expressions. Of the many potential applications, the most imminent are in the fields of security, insurance claims and recruitment. But whatever the application, ultimately, WeSee has the potential to transform our personal and professional lives for the better.
