The company "VORTEX" was founded in 2013 by a group of professionals in the IT industry. At the initial stage, our company specialized in the production of CNC machine tools and related products. During the work, a number of innovative developments that have no analogues in the market were carried out. Taking into account the needs of our own production, there was an urgent need for the manufacture of "custom" parts. To a greater extent, this served as an incentive for the development of a new direction - the production of 3D printers. We can say that in our case one of the fundamental principles of worldview worked: “Any occupation of a person is aimed at satisfying one’s own needs ...”. Considering the experience of existing world developments, and relying on our own technological and intellectual potential, we moved step by step towards creating our own innovative product. For several years, many technological solutions were worked out, most of which were rejected due to insolvency or lack of necessary fault tolerance. All this allowed us to introduce only the best solutions for the trouble-free and high-quality work of our models. The mission of our company is to create the most affordable hardware and software for solving any technological problems of a person, both for commercial and personal use. Knowing the needs of business, educational institutions, designers and ordinary consumers, our experts designed 2 device models: Vortex DUAL and Vortex GIANT. Each model has a unique set of characteristics that solve a wide range of tasks for each consumer group. The younger model is the Vortex DUAL. The ideal ratio of printing options and cost makes our printer a leader in its segment! The ability to print simultaneously with two materials, high accuracy and a fully optimized firmware, allows us to use our printer as a professional solution in work and life. The flagship of the line is a 3D printer - Vortex GIANT . This machine highlights the maximum printable area (up to 55 centimeters in diameter), perfect accuracy and affordable price. Considering the declared characteristics of printing, our engineers introduced innovative solutions, ranging from: type of mechanics, switching modes of the heads (printing with two materials), calibration systems and ending with completely redesigned firmware.
