Visit Europa Today innovative and trusted company in the travel industry. In 2013, we formed VisitEuropaToday, a tour operator business (B2B & B2C) in Italy, which we later expanded to Spain. After the success of VisitEuropaToday, followed by an in-depth analysis of the online market, we saw a vacuum in the online space which needed to be filled. From this, Online Market Place was created (B2B and P2P). It is our overall vision to create the most intelligent travel planning platform on the market, whilst connecting travellers with valuable experiences they can cherish forever. VisitEuropaToday The company’s equity = 35 million euros (with the base on present free cash flow value and the present value of the horizon value). WACC (weighted average cost per capital ) = 21.5% (before tax). ROI = in 12-month. Business risk is 3%. "Market Place " The company’s equity= 80 million euros (with the base on present free cash flow value and the present value of the horizon value). In 2020, we are forecasting greater expansion, and are seeking out an investor who supports our vision as we grow. We are expecting to raise 10 million euros in each company so we can implement and aid our expansion plan. Investors planning to capture more equity in DoTravel and "VisitEuropaToday" may have the opportunity by increasing their investment.
