LuxShares, Inc. is a technology company founded in November 2018. LuxShares, Inc. produced the wine sharing platform VinoShares. Through VinoShares, we are solving the problem of access to high quality, terroir driven wines. We are solving this problem by creating and facilitating shared experiences that bring together high-quality wines, wonderful bars and restaurants, and a community of passionate wine lovers on a technology platform. Our platform creates an ecosystem that enables consumers to confidently purchase premium wines while interacting with others. VinoShares enables consumers to interact with each other on the platform, learn about wines, procure premium bottes, and consume high quality wine by the glass. Restaurants can increase their inventory turns on their highest margin products while gaining access to a new marketing channel that is attractive to their target consumers. LuxShares, Inc. receives a transaction fee for providing services to consumers and restaurants.
