Venture for Africa is an immersion program and talent community designed to enable experienced local and global non-tech talent to transition into the African startup ecosystem. For talent, we enable experienced professionals who might be new to the startup space or the particular market they’re looking to enter, to soft-land and gain context while working with a startup that's hiring. For startups, we provide fast-growing tech companies in Africa with access and a platform to onboard experienced non-engineering talent that can hit the ground running, deliver key results, and potentially stay on full-time.
