Upstock (Fintech, SaaS) helps any company attract, motivate and retain any kind of worker. We're based around the idea that anyone, anywhere should be able to share ownership in the companies they build. We are targeting the 99% of companies that do not currently have access to traditional equity systems. We serve a huge growing market, focusing on equity "plan creation" and "plan communication." We pick up where cap table providers (who do “equity reporting”) leave off. We save companies a lot of time and lower their legal bills by 10x. Most importantly, our customers are doubling retention and experiencing the magic that happens when their employees really believe that they are an owner.
