It established a common regional organization with UPC Austria in 2014 and is a subsidiary of Liberty Global, the world's largest international cable network operator. UPC Switzerland provides offers in the areas of television, broadband Internet, fixed network telephony and mobile service to its residential customers plus voice, data and value-added services for business customers. In 2014, the enterprise had more than 1.4 million TV subscribers for digital TV and radio as well as 700,000 Internet and 466,000 telephony subscribers. The company’s own network provides more than 2 million households with high performance network via fibre optic cable and supplies all the major cities in Switzerland.
