We are on a mission to democratize vascular diagnostics and close the global health equity gap. Ultrasound AIssistant transforms any standard point-of-care ultrasound into an intelligent diagnostic tool. By providing real-time guidance, automated artery localization, highest-quality image selection, pathology classification, and report generation, we empower non-specialist clinicians to perform expert-level vascular exams in under 5 minutes with >90% accuracy, specifically targeting early detection of atherosclerosis. We target a global market, focusing on two major segments: under-resourced clinics in rural or developing regions and high-volume imaging centers in developed markets needing to improve throughput. We began with an AI model for the carotid artery and plan to expand across other arteries and veins, with the long-term vision of building a longevity ultrasound assessment platform grounded in vascular health. This belief echoes the words of 17th-century English physician Thomas Sydenham: “A man is as old as his arteries.”
