Twinsaver is a legendary South African brand and forms the bedrock of the business, providing households with quality, trusted and innovative products and businesses with workplace, washroom and associated solutions. The company was a recent acquisition of what was formerly known as Nampak Tissue – a business that has serviced South African consumer and business needs for over 50 years. Ethos Private Equity Group recognised the opportunity to grow the business further through a combination of new leadership and a new strategic direction: the shift from a packaging, manufacturing-led company to a consumer-led, fast moving consumer goods brand powerhouse.
