Teamsharq platform allows users to run any software (Linux or Windows) on a virtual desktop in a web browser (our own mini-cloud), and where Large Action Model (AI) can not only generate content (like LLMs) but can take control of the desktop, behaving like a live instructor or 1:1 mentor. Traditional institutional education is too slow to keep pace; employees must acquire new skills faster than ever before. Why Teamsharq? Traditional instructor-led courses are too expensive and video courses don't work - according to Harvard University, the completion rate for video courses is lower than 10%. Before launching this project, we founded Codementors, a company that offers tech training services to both individuals (bootcamps) and businesses (such as PwC, Sii, Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters, Lufthansa Systems, Nordea Bank, Aspire Systems).
