Teal Legal is a UK PropTech company focussing on developing new products to improve the post-offer conveyancing process. It was founded by lawyers Sally Holdway and Amy Bell, both of whom have many years experience working at senior levels in the legal industry. Their first product is the Home Owner's Passport, which uses conveyancing data to predict conveyancing timelines, and automate parts of the due diligence process. This means home movers can, for the first time, know how long it will take them to move house, and have these timelines guaranteed. To date, HOP home movers move house some 2 months faster than the national average.
