SWMS company profile

We are digital engineers - we love machines, software and difficult challenges. We deliver solutions for the most complex requirements, combine the latest technologies and tailor them exactly to your company's needs. Our customers mainly come from industries that are in globalized competition: especially companies from aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and wind power trust in the innovative power of our team. Their goal is always the same: fast and error-free processes. To achieve this, SWMS combines the latest technologies and tailors them to highly complex requirements. The share of research and development work with renowned research institutions at SWMS is far above the industry average. Currently, the company is involved in 5 research projects, especially in the field of additive manufacturing. SWMS was originally founded in 1996 by four students. Three of them, Jan Mohrmann, Ingo Schlalos and Lars Windels, have long since become graduate engineers - and are still managing partners with equal rights.
