SubscriptionBridge is a recurring payments platform and subscription management system. When used with the Early Impact Payment Gateway, SubscriptionBridge triggers the recurring payments and handles the subscription billing process from A to Z. When used with other recurring payment systems like Authorize.Net ARB and PayPal Recurring Payments, it's a way to add subscription management features that are missing from them. Among the subscription management features provided by SubscriptionBridge: automating customer service with HTML e-mail notifications; add/remove features to/from a subscription; stopping a free trial to switch to a "full" subscription, handling one-time payments; resolving outstanding balance situations; applying custom adjustments to an existing subscription, both positive (e.g. a custom service that increases the subscription amount) and negative (e.g. a discount). SubscriptionBridge was purchased by NetSource Technologies, owner of ProductCart, in November of 2017.
