Chongqing Chaoli Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (“Chaoli Hi-Tech”) is a national hi-Tech joint venture founded in 1993 and majors in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of vehicle thermal management system, power system, aftertreatment system and electronic control system. Our headquarters is located at Chongqing New North Zone and the branches are distributed in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hunan, Guangxi, Hong Kong and the United States. We have more than 1,200 employees and its registered capital is CNY 174.4 million. We paid nearly CNY 40 million tax in 2013. Persisting in “EXCEED EXPECTATIONS, PURSUE EXCELLENCEp”, Chaoli Hi-Tech has became the largest research, development and manufacturing base of vehicle air-conditioning in southwest China after more than 20 years’ development. Our products are widely used in the passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles that equipped with gasoline-powered, diesel-powered and electric-powered systems.
