ServiceM8 is an online web-based service delivery management tool. Designed to allow small business to manage the day to day running on any service business as efficiently as possible, while taking advantage of technologies such as the iPhone. ServiceM8 is focused on three key areas of managing a small business: Managing job's, tracking and scheduling staff, and ensuring you get paid. ServiceM8 has a focus on the mobile workforce, ensuring that staff need as little access to information from the office as possible (through mobile access), to improve productivity. Founded in July 2009, ServiceM8 is a privately held company based in the Northern Territory, Australia.
