Scale Mediation exists to make conflict resolution faster, fairer, and more accessible — at scale. Inspired by a personal legacy and a deep belief in better systems, we’re building a platform that empowers mediators with the tools they need to help people move forward. We’re starting with individual mediators — a growing market of 100K+ professionals — and expanding into large enterprises and, ultimately, the court system itself. If we execute well, Scale Mediation has the potential to become a generation-defining business — and more importantly, a system that changes how people resolve conflict across the globe.
