With Over 1000 hours of original and authentically African content being published regularly, by black filmmakers, artists, and creatives, lovers of Afrocontent can now stream movies, documentaries, reality television, animation, music, and much more anywhere and anytime for free. RNTV leads in the promotion, support, and creation of premium content that tells African stories. These rich narratives as expressed by Africans in the diaspora and across all 54 countries in the African continent. History Launch as a content streaming site (2021) Royalty Noire TV was initially launched as a premium online African streaming platform. The initial launch captivated the interests of millions of African diasporans around the world, boasting of thousands of monthly users. In April 2022, the company launched a streaming media service via its app and introduced authentic and exclusive African content, produced in major studios in Africa. Transition to entertainment resort (Future) By the end of 2024, the RNTV is set to complete the building of the Royalty Noire Resorts, which will house state-of-the-art beach hotels and themed experiences inspired by African culture. Founder RNTV was launched by Prince Arnold, a 5th generation chieftain monarch of the Bapindi Kingdom (Manikongo), DRC. Beyond entertainment, establishing RNTV is Prince Arnold’s mission because this is a way of giving back to the continent that has made him who he is, and given so much to the world. RNTV is a new organization established to support community media development in Africa. It is set up as an enterprise for the benefit of the community; in which people who live, work, and have interests in RNTV can participate as valued members and shareholders. The company’s first project is to launch a new local digital TV channel that will compliment existing community radio and online services. Ultimately, each project launched by RNTV will be locally driven; creative capital will generate job opportunities for locals, partnerships for small to large businesses across the continent, and exposure for talent. Studio Headquarters Prince Arnold has remained steadfast in his vision for RNTV, as he acquired two vast lots of land equal to 330-acre lots in Johannesburg, South Africa, and the outskirts of the city of Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Each lots are located in prime areas, with amazing landscape and natural surroundings. The picturesque grounds of the soon to be built RNTV Studios and entertainment resort makes RNTV one of the largest major motion picture studios and resorts in Africa. Beyond precedent that RNTV is setting with the establishment of its major film studios, the glamour of Hollywood design and 21st-century technology will also be adjacent to an entertainment resort complex, which offers a global audience the opportunity to relish in the rich tradition and culture of Africa.
