ROOTKey is a Portuguese cyber resilience company developing blockchain-based technology to guarantee the integrity, authenticity, and validity of information - before and after a cyberattack. Our platform certifies and validates data, documents, and transactions in real time, ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and digital trust across multiple industries - including energy, telecommunications, finance, supply chain, and defence. By integrating seamlessly through APIs, ROOTKey enables organizations to automate data certification without disrupting existing workflows. Each record becomes an immutable recovery point, empowering businesses to recover fast, prove data authenticity, and maintain full operational integrity after an incident. ROOTKey is currently raising €5M to accelerate its international expansion - with a strong focus on Germany and the United States - and to strengthen its R&D in blockchain and AI for cyber resilience and defence-grade data integrity. The funding will also support the scale-up of enterprise integrations and partnerships within highly regulated and mission-critical sectors.
