RoadSense was established to address critical challenges in the public space. We identified a global gap: despite the availability of numerous data providers, road operations teams struggle to extract actionable insights that can enhance their efficiency and improve safety for both workers and road users. Our innovative approach focuses on advancing the development of smart cities and smart roads through a combination of IoT and AI technologies. This methodology is structured around three key components: 1. Radar-Based Sensors: Our easy-to-deploy sensors are privacy-friendly, operate effectively in all weather conditions, and function day and night, requiring only a power source. All communications are wireless. 2. AI Analytics: We utilize advanced algorithms, including AI, to analyze aggregated data. This analysis helps identify patterns, classify objects, and discern the unique characteristics of specific locations. 3. Actionable Insights: At the conclusion of this process, we deliver real-time alerts and insights tailored to a wide range of use cases, empowering teams to make informed decisions and enhance overall road safety and operational efficiency.
