Rep The Squad is a subscription-based club that provides fans the power of choice with access to a wide range of officially licensed professional sports jerseys, making it easier to amplify their fandom. Based in Seattle, Rep The Squad is co-founded and led by veteran e-commerce executive Brian Watkins. The company was developed at Madrona Venture Labs and is backed by notable investors including Madrona Venture Group, Maveron, and Aspect Ventures, as well as champion athletes Doug Baldwin, Golden Tate and Russell Okung. An investment fund associated with the owners and executives of the San Francisco 49ers also join the Rep The Squad team as official partners. Starting at launch, Seattle’s All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman will serve as a brand ambassador.
