Respositax, Inc. company profile

Repositax provides market-standard tools for the management of equity holdings in privately-held businesses. Our first product is a system for storing, sharing and analyzing tax returns of partnerships with Schedule K- 1s (K-1s), including the associated investment documents. We are developing a ‘single system of record’ for the lifecycle of such an investment, including blockchain ledger, document workflows, negotiation tools, data analytics, and transaction management all the way through to a closing.
