Company profile

Raizul company profile

Raizul is a Colombian agri-food tech company transforming the cacao value chain through digital innovation, sustainability, and fair trade. We work directly with producer associations to digitize the entire journey of cacao—from seed to export—through a traceability platform that captures farm-level data, post-harvest conditions, and sensory profiles. This enables smallholder producers to build transparent inventories, secure long-term contracts, and access premium markets. Our platform integrates mobile tools for technicians, automated monitoring of fermentation and drying, and buyer-facing dashboards that verify origin, quality, and sustainability. By combining technology with a deep understanding of cacao ecosystems, we help organizations increase productivity, reduce losses, and differentiate their cacao in international markets. Raizul also supports regenerative agriculture by integrating bio-inputs and circular economy models, using cacao pulp and other by-products to generate additional income streams for farming families. We are currently piloting with over 300 producers across key cacao-growing regions in Colombia, in partnership with leading institutions such as Agrosavia, and positioning Raizul as a scalable solution for the future of ethical and climate-resilient cacao.
