Quanta Capital Holdings a new Bermuda holding company formed to provide specialty insurance, reinsurance and consulting products and services on a global basis through our subsidiaries. They were incorporated in May 2003 and began conducting our business in September 2003. They focus on writing coverage for specialized classes of risk through a team of experienced, technically qualified underwriters. These specialty lines insurance and reinsurance products differ significantly from products written in the standard market.
