PropertyChek.com is a legal-tech platform offering on-demand title verification and property due diligence services across India. Their solutions cater to both individual buyers and institutional clients such as banks, NBFCs, and direct property owners. In 2015–16, PropChek became the first Indian company to deliver fully online title reports in bulk for banks and NBFCs—pioneering an entirely new segment in India’s real estate legal-tech (RELT) space. The company was incubated by Brigade REAP, India’s first and most successful real estate tech accelerator, lending PropChek strong credibility within the proptech ecosystem. They were later selected by the prestigious law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) for Prarambh, India’s first legal-tech incubator—further reinforcing their leadership in legal innovation. In 2020, PropChek launched Evakeel, an AI-powered legal assistant that consolidates real estate data from multiple government and private sources to generate comprehensive title reports. Evakeel was tested in collaboration with both Brigade REAP and CAM. Today, PropChek continues to push the boundaries of real estate legal-tech(RELT) through its Property Legal Process Management platform and is expanding its presence across India—driven by its mission to improve trust and transparency in the Indian real estate industry.
