Portfolium's cloud-based platform empowers students with lifelong opportunities to capture, curate, and convert skills into job offers while giving learning institutions and employers the tools they need to assess competencies and recruit talent. The platform is used by over 3600 institutions to help assess the effectiveness of their programs and courses, certify students’ competencies, and empower students to showcase their achievements and skills with evidence. It was founded in 2014 by Aerospace Engineer, Adam Markowitz and is based in San Diego, California.
