POLLEN Metrology is a smart process-control software to accelerate the manufacturing high performing materials. It is dedicated to the characterization of nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes and nanostructures useful for the semiconductor industry for example. Also gave an oral presentation in front of the industrial and scientific communities to introduce our first generation of data fusion algorithms dedicated to nanoparticles analysis and useful for example for the pharmaceutical industry. The propose a full software infrastructure dedicated to the smart factory for yield enhancement and defect tracking. It also uses in the synergy of these 3 innovations accelerates advanced process control from R&D to production. POLLEN Metrology was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Moirans, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
