Pergamin is a Polish startup operating since 2017. We are developing a proprietary system for working with contracts online in a SaaS model. Our main goal is to cut down the time-to-signature to business & HR contracts. Customers can automatically create, negotiate, sign and store their contracts and exchange data with other tools, such as CRM or HR management tools. Pergamin also eliminates human errors, by allowing users to automatically verify contractors’ data in external databases. With a built-in electronic signature, we make the contracting process completely digital and eliminate the need for printing or sending documents by post.
