Patient Expert is a system for convenient and fast appointment scheduling with medical specialists, which significantly reduces the number of cancelled or missed appointments in medical facilities. In the event of an appointment being cancelled, the medical facility can offer patients waiting in the virtual Patient Expert queue a released appointment.  Significantly, these waiting patients constitute a pool of new potential 'customers' for the facility. Using this solution will contribute to a major reduction in 'no-shows' costs and reduced missed opportunities to maximise revenue. Patients gain faster access to specialists and the chance of a quicker diagnosis.  In our solution, it is the patient who is at the centre of attention, and the medical facilities solicit the patient by offering them faster dates for their appointments. The patient specifies preferred dates, location and it is up to him or her to make the final decision and, with a single click on the app, to accept or reject the appointment. Facilities interested in permanent cooperation will be able to handle their entire patient reserve list in Patient Expert. Patient Expert will not require costly integration with the diverse patient registration systems owned by medical facilities. This approach enables scaling to foreign markets.
