On-Off Group has mastered the complexities inherent in teaching and implementing design thinking at the private and government level. It is a locally registered company with extensive experience running design thinking programs for a wide range of local companies including but not limited to PLDT-Smart, ADB, Security Bank, Union Bank, EastWest Bank, FWD Insurance, QBE Insurance, Willis Towers Watson and PHINMA Inc. It considers its biggest success, however, to be with local foundations and government organizations and has experience running programs and training for ILS-DOLE, Armed Forces of the Philippines (Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippine Air Force and Surgeon General’s Office), Makati Medical Center Foundation, IdeaSpace Foundation, BPI Foundation, Civil Service Commission, PhilDev, DOST-SEI.
