NordStreet is a crowdfunding platform implementing radical changes into real estate investment opportunities. From now on, RE investments are no longer available only to venture capital firms or very rich entities: everyone has an opportunity to chose an RE project and invest an amount of their choice (from EUR 100). The platform presents only thoroughly verified and analysed real estate projects. Moreover, NordStreet provides all information on the projects, their risks, guarantees, etc. to the investors. For developers of real estate, NordStreet is a reliable opportunity to receive investments for their RE project by means of crowdfunding. The amount of requested investments is unlimited (given the LTV indicator does not exceed 75 %), while the projects may continue for up to 36 months. One of the key aspects of a business loan for RE developers is that during the project they pay only the interest and are expected to repay the full amount only upon expiration of the term, i.e. after a successful implementation of the project under development.
