New Wind LLC, which was founded in February, 2010, is a distributor of wind turbines in the alternative energy sector of “Small Wind” and offers the largest selection of Vertical-Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT’s) in North America as well as a line of Horizontal-Axis Wind Turbines (HAWT’s). The Company is taking advantage of the ever increasing worldwide interest in renewable energy to sell and distribute wind turbines to meet increased demand from business and residential customers. New Wind has developed relationships with several manufacturers to provide the highest quality turbines for its customers. The Company is sourcing, testing, developing and obtaining certifications for multiple size wind turbines as it increases its product line to meet the varied needs of the marketplace. New Wind is currently marketing a product line of VAWT’s under its “Butterfly Series” brand name that includes: 350w, 600w, 1kW, 2kW, 3kW, 5kW and 9kW VAWT systems. Additionally, the company is developing and testing 20kW and 30kW VAWT units for release in 2011. The company also offers a line of HAWT’s that include 10kW, 20kW, 30kW and 50kW units under its “Arbor Series” brand name.
