NaproMed company profile
NaproMed (Natural products Medicines) was founded in the spring of 2002. Since 2003 NaproMed Biopharmaceuticals has the status of an ETH Zurich spin-off company . NaproMed is investigating new herbal medicines for indications in the field of inflammation (allergies, dermatological problems, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis). The second goal of their start-up company is to investigate complex drugs using innovative screening and analysis methods. Another focus of their activities lies in the field of chemical and pharmacological in vitro analysis of phytopharmaceuticals (herbal medicines), functional foods, and cosmetics.
