Murfy provides home appliances repair services, we aim to redefine the standards of this industry with a fully digital process, customer support and online content which promotes DIY. It is estimated that around 28 millions home devices (dishwasher, oven, fridge, dryer...) encountered a default in France in 2018. According to a report from the french agency "ADEME", only 2.4 millions of them were repaired. Murfy has been started to provide a simple and affordable answer to this huge amount of waste. In 2019, Murfy expects to launch a "Zero Waste" offer, dealing with any type of default at a fixed cost.
